1. Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to reject any advertisement that does not meet our content or quality standards.
    

2. No Refunds: All ad placements are final. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations after the ad reservation deadline.
    

3. Accuracy: The advertiser is solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of the submitted material.
    

4. Copyright & Trademark: The advertiser affirms they have the legal right to use all images, logos, and copy included in the ad.
    

5. Publication Rights: By submitting, the advertiser grants the publisher non-exclusive rights to publish the advertisement in print and digital formats.
    

6. Liability: The publisher is not liable for any errors in the ad content once approved by the advertiser, or for any loss or damages arising from the ad's appearance in the magazine.
